Words & Teeth
Kath - otherwise known as Dr. Katharine Pope - has been writing since the age of five, but went to dental school anyway to make her parents happy. She graduated from a Boston-area dental school in 2006 and, while working full-time as a dentist, used her experiences as inspiration to write a series of novels. The first novel, "The Maneater in the City," is 80,958 words and is polished and ready to go.
About Kath
Kath's entire life can be summed up best by slogan of her favorite store, Lululemon: "Dance, sing, floss and travel." Between singing along with Lady Gaga on the radio, dancing like an idiot for fun, flossing whenever she brushes her teeth, and traveling back and forth between Connecticut and Florida, the only thing left out of the slogan is her writing. Which she does a lot of.
Besides Lululemon, she loves Prabal Gurung, J.Crew, David Yurman, Cole Haan, Stew Leonard's, red wine, yoga, and of course, her amazing husband who is the light of her life and her biggest supporter.
Kath is a member of the Romance Writers of America and the Chick Lit Writers of the World.
